About this tool
Rotate PDF turns pages sideways or upside-down without re-scanning or re-printing anything — useful when a scan came in landscape, a phone photo saved rotated, or only a few pages in an otherwise-correct document are turned the wrong way. Rotate every page at once, or type a page range to rotate only the pages that need it, then choose 90° left, 90° right, or 180°.
