About this tool
Organize PDF shows every page as a thumbnail so you can see the document's structure at a glance, then move pages up or down to change their order, or remove any you don't need. It's the fix for a scanned batch that came out of order, a report that needs its appendix moved, or a PDF with a few blank or unwanted pages mixed in. Nothing is redrawn — pages keep their original content and quality, only their order and presence in the final file change. Rendering the thumbnails and rebuilding the PDF both happen in your browser; the file is never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
Does reordering affect page quality?
No. Pages are copied as-is into the new order — only their position (and whether they're included) changes.
Can I delete more than one page?
Yes, click the × on each page you want to remove before saving.
Is my document uploaded to reorder it?
No. Thumbnail rendering and the final rebuild both happen entirely in your browser.
What if I remove every page by mistake?
'Save PDF' is disabled once no pages remain, so you can't accidentally export an empty file.
